Get lower, extend your center of gravity, become more balanced, be prepared to fall.
Everyone’s shaking their heads in agreement – yup, that makes sense.
But how often do we do it?
Because getting there consistently, requires constant practice, constant reminders, and constant focus.
But it’s an easy thing to do.
