We add pinches of ingredients to recipes, not the entire container.  If the taste is still off, we add a little more.

Little tweaks are the changes we make that improve what we are doing.  They are a great way to make a minuscule improvement that could have a great impact on what you are doing.

Only if you’re brave enough to do them.

There is comfort in what we have always done, and that has always worked even if we are doing a few dozen other tasks to make them work.

Tweaks are the little test benches to see how something could be better.  When it starts to work, that’s when we make them bigger, that’s when we put money behind them, that’s when we look at putting more effort into turning the tweak into a change.
