Spin is generated by motion.

Motion takes movement (obviously).

Movement is generated by taking one step forward, not looking back, not worrying about the stumbles, and just moving forward, one step at a time.

You can’t reverse spin, it can slow down, it can falter, but it always picks up again, if you let it.

But it starts with motion (obviously), which is the execution of an idea (which doesn’t require motion, which is not so obvious).
