If you have someone on your team, that makes you want to show up better, earlier, and smarter than the day before.

Then that person is your leader.

It doesn’t matter what’s on the org chart; they are your leaders, and they are the ones who will make you better than you are today.

  • Volunteer to work with them.
  • Ask them questions.
  • Get them to review your work.
  • Listen to their feedback and apply it.

This is the person you want to work with and learn from.

This is the person that will help you grow and leapfrog others.
