Do I want to code via prompt?
Not really.
I don’t write by voice.
I don’t text by voice.
I prefer a keyboard, a soft-keyed keyboard at that.
I like pressing F5 and seeing what happens.
Am I better than Vibe Coding? Doubt it, probably not as efficient, and I might go slower, whereas it is significantly faster.
It’s like telling a construction worker to throw their tools at the materials, go away for an hour, and come back to a house that’s built for them.
But what’s the point? The purpose of the tools and materials is for the craftsman to build something unique and not boilerplate. That’s what they live for.
Be the craftsman, pass your beer along, ask for help where necessary, and keep delivering uniqueness.
