If you want to play at the level you want to be at, you’re going to have to show up the way they do.
- Know the work.
- Know the industry.
- Know the team.
- Know the deliverables.
And if you don’t know all those things, then you’re going to have to get learning to get up to speed.
If you don’t want to do that work, that’s fine; you’re not ready to play at that level and can try again later.
