Between April and October – “AI can do it all for you, and it’s coming for your job”.
Between November and now – “Maybe it can’t do it all and don’t give it to the keys just yet.”
We have proven that AI is a junior developer starting out in the world – they are here with all the excitement and anticipation of doing a great job, they try to do it all, taking on everything that comes their way, and then you look at the code and go – “that’s not what I was expecting.”
AI has been a great help this year, but it still needs to follow a well-defined, mature model – you.
And just like that, junior developer, this is the cycle of growth and development.
