This is a good exercise to do with your team.
Get them all into a room, or on a call and ask them one question – don’t even ask it, just write it on the board – “I want to be on a Team that…”
Your job is not to interject or say anything, your job is simply to write it all down, in as much detail and clarity as possible.
“I want to be on a Team that…”
And when the lists are written, everywhere on the board the next question to ask them…
“What is holding us back?”
And now you have a path forward.
