The Late, Late Doctor

I had an experience with a Doctor a few months back where they were late to my appointment. Customers Don’t Always Know What They Want

And if they don’t know what they want, then how can they be right? This is a dangerous assumption to make that your customers “know” what they want. Dipping your Toe in the Water

Never works.
