Remote Chicken Coops

I wasn’t able to make a recent episode of Remotely Prepared and left things to Colin Harding to run with. Instead he walked with it (bad joke, watch the episode). Seriously though, if you are looking for an episode to relax to and feel instant calm – listen to this episode. https://www.upsidedownoffice.com/podcast/walk-with-me Plus: Chickens.

A new Meeting Type

I call it the Upfront – it might have other names to you, but this is possibly the least offensive one. What happens at the Upfront? The upfront is a meeting where everyone that is attending knows that brutal honesty is required. There is no room for niceties and hand holding, it’s an all out discussion that would take place in a warroom if it were happening. But beyond that, I always like to ask myself – “What kind of team do we want to be when we grow up?” – and from there I get into our values, what values matter and what do we need to add to the mix. I think about those questions and what answers
