Everyone is Going Remote

On this week’s episode of Remotely Prepared – we talk about all the announcements that have been coming out as of late on the big companies going remote. Oddly enough, it sounds like we are ripping it to shreds whereas we do think it’s great. The way I am thinking about this big, monumental change in my mind is that if everyone decided they were going to switch from iPhones to Android – would we have the resources, the time, the necessary tools, to help people make that change? It always crops up near the end of a meeting where you think you have knocked it out of the park and then someone says – can you stay on the call so we can talk on this further. I don’t mind the questions, I don’t mind the discussion. What I mind is that I didn’t do enough to make the meeting feel comfortable for them to ask these questions in front of anyone else. In the end they are never complex questions, just questions they didn’t want to ask in
