Isn’t how it is going to go this week. You are going to need to up your game to show your team how well they are doing and how much they are valued. The old perks are gone while we all work remote and in there lies an opportunity to develop a new set of perks for your team that will show you how much you appreciate them. People still need to attend them. Discussions still need to be had. Decisions still need to be made. Disagreements will arise with approach. You probably will still talk over one another to get a point across. You can share what you are working on. Drawing is a little tricky, but you’ll get there and let’s be honest, not everyone was standing up to draw.
