Reaching Out

The person that reaches out, isn’t the one who lost the argument – they are the one that cares about the solution, the problem or issue and understand it’s importance in finishing the project. Being the person who reaches out, isn’t a sign of weakness – it’s a sign of a leader that knows what comes first in delivering a project, isn’t the code or the final product – but the team itself.

Code Your Way Up

I recently finished a project that has taken me a few years to complete. It wasn’t easy, there was a significant amount of grinding involved as well as reading and editing and reading and editing and reading and editing. The First Release

After my last post I got to thinking about what should be in a first release to make it worth the download, worth the “Get” from the App Store. Sometimes you need to ship the imperfect ship to get it out the door and start getting feedback from customers, but if it’s a dog’s breakfast you are shipping, it will be a dog’s feedback you will receive from your customers.
