Was my Best Good Enough?

This is an interesting statement because it’s not entirely focused on your best efforts, but rather on the comparison of your best efforts to someone else. In this case it should read – “Is your Best Not Good Enough when Compared to everyone else?” – to which we would all immediately reply – “Whoa, Whoa, Whoa, I’m not comparing myself to everyone else, I’m my own person, I do my own thing, I don’t compare myself to others”. I don’t write every day, I do use the scheduling function in wordpress to keep me sane and to give me some padding for those busy months when I’m overloaded. (this post might not be THE 1000th post as I do slip in

Everyone can Lead when it’s Easy

When the economy is going well, whoever is at the wheel gets the praise. When you have a team that is filled with experienced, self-driven resources that deliver on their own, your job is simplified. When you have all the fancy tools and doodads to make yourself a success – it helps. Anyone can lead in these cases (and more) when everything is running well, the car is brand new, there are no issues – nothing can go wrong. In these cases, you’re not leading per se but guiding, staying the course, manning the helm. You’re not having to change
