We can all agree that plans are meant to be broken. We’re not meant to follow them to the letter, they are guides, ideas, paths, suggestions on how we want to get there. When It’s All Over?

Instead of thinking about what’s Next, what you should have done better or what others are doing, put your feet up. Laugh at what went right. Smile at what went wrong. Appreciate how far you’ve come and what you delivered. Pat each other on the back for a job well done. There will be many, many, many more moments to think about all those other questions. For now, enjoy it and even more, encourage everyone on your team to do the same.
