Or Fall Apart. The Clicking Moment

When you are coaching, mentoring, teaching or leading someone, the best moment is when it clicks. It’s the moment where all those hours, days, weeks, months and/or years of persistent effort, working side-by-side with one another finally pays off. Not with monetary gains, trophies, recognition, likes or posts. But with the acknowledgement that it finally “clicked”, it came together, it worked. And now you get to move onto something new.
