I don’t know when we started expecting to have training provided by people and organizations for us.

It’s a bonus, it’s a great bonus, but at the end of the day, their investment in your career is partially dictated by the needs that they have for their organization.

Don’t be confused with thinking your employer is your trainer, what training, what plans, what everything you want to achieve is up to you.

It’s not their job to ensure you hit your goals… it’s still yours.
