If you’re a Leader, start saying this, start asking for it.
Do it in small batches so you get comfortable with it but keep doing it.
It’s not going to be make you look weak.
It’ll show what you need from your team is as important as what they need from you.
Thinking you need to go it alone, no one is with you, it’s you against the world, is the mentality that leads to failures in leadership and subsequently the teams themselves.
The teams that succeed are the ones with a leader that realizes – they can’t do it all.
