It’s good to get mad for your team.

To fight for them when they are being asked to work that third weekend of overtime to get the product out the door.

To fight for them in their performance and salary reviews.

To fight for them to get the training they need to keep being the great executing team they are.

It’s good to get angry for your team and fight for them.

Not every day, not every meeting.

It’s good to do this because we get angry for the things we love when we sense an injustice is being committed against them.

It’s good because you should love your team, warts and all.
