Building Habits

They start small and when they hit their peak, they build momentum until they become unstoppable. Since April, I’ve been working on a few. They aren’t peaking at this point, but like everything, I track my effort and they are growing at a rate which shows progress. Every few months I push it a little more, only because I want to see what I can do but mainly so I can stabilize a habit at that level before moving onto the next one. There are times I miss my target, that’s why I don’t raise the target each month, what’s

Growing Your Team

If you want the members of your team to grow and become more than they are, you’re going to need to change your tactics. What about if you were to get 5% extra from that person struggling on your team? You don’t need to get them to do

The Components of your Success

Right now, you’re probably realizing that your success to date in the great year of 2020 was built upon all the building blocks you put into effect in late 2019 and early 2020. You’ve gotten by because you’ve been riding that wave of planning that has propelled you through the rest of the year that you’ve had to tweak, but has gotten you through. In looking forward to what is next, it’s not enough to keep pushing off this important component “hoping” that things are going to get better and you’ll be able to go back to the old way
