Whether it’s putting more effort into running your team meetings.

Scaling up your One-On-Ones.

Refactoring who does what.

Building out people’s growth plans.

Whichever the tactic and/or strategy that you are employing, there is a cost, it’s your time and if you’re doing it right, you will feel that cost as you grow as a leader. You will recognize it and realize when and how to employ it. You will learn from your mistakes and get better as you do it more.

But make no doubt, there is a cost – your time and that’s all part of being a leader.
