A not often asked question, how many meetings can you handle in a week and still be productive?

We take away meetings giving you back 10 minutes, an hour, a day – but does that come close to getting to your threshold or is it the equivalent of removing some kindling from a burning fire?

Your weekly meeting threshold is like the bug bar, when you reach it, you don’t blast through it, you figure out how to get back under it or stay mildly above it or adjust your tolerance.

The hard part is taking a step back to figure out what your threshold is and letting your team know – who knows – maybe they’ll start setting theirs?
