The difference between AI and Humans is that with AI we get immediate feedback on how horrible our instructions are, whereas with Humans, we try to make it work, we try to figure it out, we try to read between the lines, we try to get there.
AI looks at it and goes – “I don’t understand, this isn’t clear, here is what I think you mean” – and our response is – “Oh no, I wasn’t clear enough for you, let me try again”.
You can be that clear, that straightforward, and that honest with your team.
And you will see the results of what will come from it.
