Right now, I am mid-thrall in gearing up for winter.
Putting summer stuff away.
Storing wood.
Cleaning up messes.
Making sure the snowblower works.
Making sure I have gas for the snowblower.
Everything and anything to make the winter that much simpler to live through.
Whether it’s mild or wild, you always need to prep for the winter.
But do we do the same for our work seasons?
