Now, more than ever, in this discombobulation of a year, we all need to find someone to lean on. Someone to be your confidant. Someone to be your lead. Someone to stand with you. Whether work or in life, we all need someone, it’s human nature. And if you’re leading a team and you see someone has no one to lean on, be that person for them.
