When is there a Leadership problem?

It’s not before the project starts – that would be too upsetting to the team, let’s see how things get going first, we don’t want to slow things down? Best of all, it follows me wherever I go. Simple tools solving Complex problems for $1.49.

The “Let’s Go For It” attitude has been replaced with the “We’ll get there” attitude. There might be more, there might be less, but if you’re feeling any of the above, it might be time to break out of the mould, the role, the team that you
