I love this line, it’s from the Transformers movie.
I think of it every time I see someone on the path to Burnout – taking on too much, pushing too hard, not giving themselves enough breaks, trying to be the hero and then the inevitable – falling down, making mistakes, losing your cool on your team and everyone else around you.
