The Roller

For the first time ever I’ve had to start using a roller on my calf.  I’ve watched people use them over the years and always thought – not me, I won’t need it. The question to ask yourself isn’t if you can learn something new, it’s if you’re

Seeing the Potential

No one gets it right the first time, but within them is the ability to get there. The question then is not whether this person will get there. The question is whether you are willing to invest everything you can in them, the individual, your team, to see them get there. Will you grow the potential or leave it to someone else?
