Building Habits

They start small and when they hit their peak, they build momentum until they become unstoppable. Since April, I’ve been working on a few. Growing Your Team

If you want the members of your team to grow and become more than they are, you’re going to need to change your tactics. Placating them with platitudes of how great the work they are doing is, how well they are doing, how awesome they are, how you wish you had fifteen of them, how they should be doing your job, etc, etc, etc – is not going to help them grow. A Dead Battery

This week, my car battery died. For two days it was a pain as I had no vehicle and had to get it replaced. Not being a car guy, this was a lot of on-the-spot learning in how to do this. What can I say, I get spooked when connecting high-voltage metal objects together. I had a great teacher and in less than an hour I was back up and running.
