Unfinished Projects

We all have a collective shelf of unfinished projects that stare at us or mock us from afar when we take on a new challenge. “Really? So this one?” Now you’re going to do it? C’mon? Those Pesky Resolutions

Maybe you didn’t set them on the 31st or the 1st or the 2nd, but come the 3rd, you’re wondering if you should do them. Stop the Over Complication

Team gets problem. Team starts working on problem. Problem becomes much bigger than initially thought. Team is confused on where to start and begins implementing process upon process to fix problem. In the middle of fixing problem, team realizes they are stuck and are not sure where to go from here. As they start to demonstrate the problem being solved, the customer starts to ask for other things to be done “at the same time”. Progress grinds to a standstill. What’s happened?
