The Extra Work For You

If there is extra work to be done that can help you grow in your ambitions. Take it on. If the factor of growth is that much greater than what you are going to put in, then it is worth it. Take it on. If the Extra Work will help you grow a new project or open a new career path for you. Take it on. If the Extra Work can help you in any of the above ways or any other you can think. The New User Discount

I’ve been using a training site to download training videos for a number of years. The prices are pretty good and the content that the creators put out is fantastic. I’m happy to pay the price for it. However, I recently noticed that some of these prices had changed substantially. I mean 80% substantially and couldn’t figure it out. You should be Angry for Your Team

It’s good to get mad for your team. To fight for them when they are being asked to work that third weekend of overtime to get the product out the door. In short, where are the gaps and what do you need to do to fill them in so you can find the new gaps.

Or rather, it’s become the medium we default to when we need to talk to someone. We eschew random 5-minute calls because “we don’t want to interrupt someone” but a 30 minute pre-scheduled meeting won’t disrupt them? We’ve spent the last five months adjusting to working remotely, defaulting meetings that have all video streams firing consuming as much bandwidth as possible. It’s not perfect, but
