Treat Right vs Treat Well

Huge difference. That Communal Place

Whether it is SLACK, the kitchen, the water cooler, the meeting room, the couch by the doorway, Jeff’s desk or maybe even your Dining Room table (that has been missing for way too long), it’s important to have that communal place – whether virtual or physical – where everyone goes to relax, recharge, rethink and regroup. Reflections at the Barber

We don’t stare at the mirror often enough unless we are forced to. Every noticed when you get a haircut and there’s that awkward silence between you and your barber/hairdresser when you’re just staring at the mirror. Contemplating. Pondering. Wondering. Thinking about who is staring back at you in the those few moments of silence. It’s a not a complex thing to do – but it does require introspection, thought and the willingness to be our harshest critic – combined will always make us think about how we can become more.

Measuring My Mark 2016

This is a copy from a post from last year for context. It’s that time of year again… Have I grown as person? Have I challenged myself? Am I proud with how I have conducted myself with others?
